Posem una planxa a foc fort i, quan estigui a temperatura, col·loquem les vieires ben seques amb una mica d’oli d’oliva verge extra. Les coem un minut per cada costat i les retirem del foc.
Servir: posem un llit de paté de carxofa Horta de Santa Clara a cada plat. A sobre col·loquem les vieires. Ho salpebrem i decorem amb cibulet.
